  • Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Saturday appointments may be available by request.
  • We will confirm your appointment by phone or email at least one day in advance.
  • If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Same-day appointments may be available for urgent issues — just call us.

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit or debit cards.
  • We will always tell you the estimated cost before we start working.
  • If the job takes longer than expected, we will ask your permission before continuing.
  • There are no hidden fees or surprise charges — ever.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time.
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if possible.
  • There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
  • If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and find a new time.

Privacy & Security Policy

  • We will never share or sell your personal information to anyone.
  • We only access the parts of your device needed to fix your issue.
  • Anything we see on your screen is treated as private and confidential.
  • We do not install tracking software or unnecessary programs on your devices.
  • Your passwords and login information are never recorded or stored by us.

On-Site Visit Policy

  • We will always identify ourselves when arriving at your home.
  • We will call before we arrive so you know when to expect us.
  • You are welcome to stay with us and watch while we work on your device.
  • We will explain what we are doing in plain language as we work.
  • We treat your home with respect — we will leave everything as we found it.

Remote Support Policy

  • Remote sessions are conducted via a secure screen-sharing tool.
  • We will walk you through how to connect step by step — it is easy.
  • You can see everything we do on your screen during the session.
  • You can end the remote session at any time.
  • We will never access your computer without your knowledge and permission.

Satisfaction & Follow-Up Policy

  • If the issue is not resolved, we will schedule a follow-up at no extra charge.
  • We may check in with you after service to make sure everything is still working.
  • If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
  • Your feedback helps us improve — we welcome your honest opinions.
